The selection spans a wide lumen range from less than 400lm to over 10,000lm, covers all major color temperatures, and achieves a CRI greater than 97 with R9 equal to 95 at 2700K and 3000K. Luminus COB LEDs are among the most reliable light sources in the world today, having passed a rigorous series of environmental and mechanical stress tests including mechanical shock, vibration, temperature cycling, and humidity testing. The products comply with ANSI/UL 8750, ensuring safe operation in intended applications. All Luminus-manufactured LED products meet REACh and RoHS standards and are free from hazardous substances such as lead and mercury. Every Luminus LED undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure it meets the high-quality standards customers expect from Luminus products. Each Luminus COB LED is marked with a 2D barcode containing a unique serial number, providing actual measured test data for the specific LED and enabling full traceability of the production process and materials. Luminus COB products are measured at a junction temperature of 85°C, eliminating the need to derate datasheet specifications to real-world application conditions. Chromaticity binning ensures color consistency for each order; standard products use 3-step MacAdam ellipses, and for the most demanding applications, Luminus offers 2-step ellipse binning.
