HGSEMI HT1623-LQ100/HG

HT1623 is a peripheral chip designed to work with I/O-type MCUs for expanded display functionality. The chip supports a maximum display mode of 384 dots (48×8). It supports serial interface, buzzer output, and watchdog timer/time base timer functions. HT1623 is a memory-mapped multi-function LCD controller whose software-configurable features make it suitable for a wide range of LCD applications. Only 3 wires are required to connect the chip to the host controller. Any malfunction or failure could result in personal injury or serious property damage. Such applications are considered "unsafe use."
