The SC92F844XB series is an enhanced ultra-high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade flash microcontroller with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family. This series integrates 16KB flash ROM, 1KB SRAM, 128-byte EEPROM, 31-channel built-in high-sensitivity proximity capacitive touch circuit, up to 46 GPIO ports, 16 I/O ports with configurable external interrupts, three 16-bit timers, 17-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, one analog comparator, 8-channel 12-bit PWM, I/O port drive level control, one 16×16-bit hardware multiplier/divider, internal ±1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and ±4% accuracy low-frequency 128kHz oscillator, external crystal oscillator support, UART and other communication interface resources. To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, it also integrates high-reliability circuits including 4-level selectable voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and low-power watchdog timer.
