Introduction
The RFG45N06 and RFP45N06 N-channel power MOSFETs are fabricated using the MegaFET process. This process features geometry approaching that of LSI, enabling optimal utilization of silicon and delivering exceptional performance. They are designed for applications including switching regulators, switching converters, motor drivers, relay drivers, and emitter switching of bipolar transistors. These transistors can be driven directly by ICs.
