Introduction
The LMV712-N is a high-performance BiCMOS op amp designed for applications requiring rail-to-rail input, high speed, and low noise. This device features a 5MHz bandwidth and 5V/μs slew rate, and can drive capacitive loads up to 200pF without oscillation. The LMV712-N is guaranteed to operate from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides two independent shutdown pins. This feature allows each device to be shut down individually, reducing supply current to less than 1μA (typical). When the amplifier exits shutdown mode, the output voltage rises quickly and smoothly without any glitches. The LMV712-N with shutdown is available in space-saving 10-pin DSBGA and 10-pin WSON packages, as well as a 10-pin VSSOP package. These packages are designed to meet the small size, low power, and low cost requirements of mobile phones and similar battery-powered portable electronics.
