Introduction
MAMF-011119 is a compact surface-mount, highly integrated high-power SPDT switch and two-stage LNA module. It integrates an antenna switch and LNA in a compact 6 mm QFN package. All bias circuits and matching components are integrated within the module. Operating from 1 to 6 GHz, the module features high power handling capability, low noise figure, high linearity, and low power consumption. The module requires only a single 5 V supply, and its T/R switch is compatible with 1.8 V CMOS logic levels.
