HOLTEK HT7044A-1

The HT70xxA-1 series is a group of three-terminal low-power voltage detectors implemented in CMOS technology. The voltage detectors in this series are capable of detecting fixed voltages ranging from 2.2V to 8.2V. The voltage detector series consists of a high-accuracy, low-power reference voltage source, comparator, hysteresis circuit, and output driver. Fabricated using CMOS technology, low power consumption is ensured. Although primarily used as fixed voltage detectors, these ICs can be paired with external components for detection at specified threshold voltages.
