ADI ADUM3472ARSZ

The ADuM3470/ADuM3471/ADuM3472/ADuM3473/ADuM3474 devices are quad-channel digital isolators that integrate a PWM controller and transformer driver for driving isolated DC/DC converters. The DC/DC converter provides a regulated, isolated power supply of 2 W at 3.3 V to 24 V, with an input supply voltage of 5.0 V or 3.3 V. This eliminates the need for a separate isolated DC/DC converter in 2 W isolation designs. iCoupler chip-scale transformer technology is used for logic signal isolation; the integrated transformer driver with isolated secondary-side control improves the efficiency of the isolated DC/DC converter, thereby delivering a compact, fully isolated solution.
