Introduction
The N79E815A/814A/8132A are enhanced 8-bit 51 MCUs (4T mode) with embedded 16K/8K/4K EPROM, programmable via universal programmer, ICP programmer, or built-in ISP functionality. The N79E815A/814A/8132A series instruction set is compatible with the standard 8052. The N79E815A/814A/8132A program memory space consists of 16K/8K/4K bytes of APROM, 4K bytes of data memory, and 2K bytes of LDROM; 256 bytes of direct and indirect RAM, 256 bytes of MOVX RAM; 25 bit-addressable I/O ports; two 16-bit timers/counters; 8-channel multiplexed 10-bit A/D converter; 4-channel 10-bit PWM; three serial interfaces comprising one SPI, one I²C, and one enhanced UART; 2-level BOD voltage detection/reset, low voltage reset (LVR), and power-on reset (POR). The N79E815A/814A/8132A series features a built-in internal 22.1184MHz RC oscillator capable of generating 22.1184MHz/11.0592MHz internal clock, with a maximum accuracy deviation of only ±1%. The N79E815A/814A/8132A provides 14 interrupt sources and 4 interrupt priority levels. The internal flash memory is electrically erasable and writable. Once the code is finalized, users can protect their code with a security key. The N79E815A/814A/8132A MCU series features wide-voltage operation, rich integrated analog and digital peripherals, and non-volatile flash memory, making it widely applicable in general-purpose control, DC/BLDC motor drive systems, and home appliance applications.
