Introduction
BD5632NUX, BD5634NUX, and BD5638NUX are low-voltage Class D speaker amplifiers developed for mobile phones, portable audio products, and similar applications. The BD5632NUX has a fixed gain of 6dB, the BD5634NUX has a fixed gain of 12dB, and the BD5638NUX has a fixed gain of 18dB. Their high efficiency and low power consumption make them well suited for battery-powered applications. In addition, standby current is 0μA (typical), switchover from standby to active mode is fast, and pop noise is minimal. These devices are ideal for applications requiring frequent switching between standby and active states.
