Introduction
The SC92F854X series is an enhanced ultra-high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family. It integrates 32 Kbytes Flash ROM, 2 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, 31 high-sensitivity capacitive touch sensing channels, up to 46 GPIO, 16 IOs with external interrupt capability, 3 16-bit timers, 17-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, 1 analog comparator, 8-channel 12-bit PWM, tiered IO drive control (LED segment port), 1 16×16-bit hardware multiplier/divider, internal ±1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33 MHz oscillator and ±4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator support, UART and other communication interfaces. To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, it also integrates 4-level selectable voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, low-power WDT, and other high-reliability circuits. With excellent EMI immunity, it is well suited for IoT control, large and small smart appliances, smart home, chargers, power supplies, drone/RC models, walkie-talkies, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.
