Introduction
The ZVHT series low-voltage multilayer varistors are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment against high-voltage surges in low-voltage applications. Due to improved energy-volume distribution and power dissipation, they offer excellent transient energy absorption capability. The low-voltage varistors cover a wide DC operating voltage range from 3V to 170V. In addition, the ZVHT series features independent suppression characteristics, providing stable protection over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. ZVHT series varistors are typically used for board-level protection of ICs and other components.
