The BCF series are compact three-phase Delta RFI filters for general-purpose applications, featuring a book-style design with light weight, insulated high-quality safety terminals on both input and output sides, and high cost-effectiveness. They offer excellent common-mode and differential-mode performance below 100kHz. Touch-safe terminals facilitate easy connections and prevent accidental contact in the most demanding applications to ensure safety. Maximum leakage current (per line to ground) is 30mA at 277VAC 50Hz; if two phases are interrupted, leakage current may increase significantly. Dielectric withstand test levels (one minute) are 1850VAC line-to-ground and 1850VDC line-to-line. Maximum rated voltage is 480VAC phase-to-phase and 277VAC phase-to-ground. Operating frequency is 50/60Hz, with rated current ranging from 7 to 180A. Operating ambient temperature range (at rated current Ir) is -10°C to +50°C. At ambient temperatures above +50°C, the maximum operating current is calculated as: I0 (with overline) = IY × √((85-Ta)/35).
