This series of surface-mount LEDs features the industry-standard PLCC-4 package. These LEDs offer high reliability and are designed to operate under a wide range of environmental conditions. Their high reliability makes them well-suited for use in demanding automotive interior and indoor signage applications. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are supplied in EIA-standard tape-and-reel packaging. Except for red, each reel is shipped binned to a single luminous intensity and color to ensure high consistency. These LEDs are compatible with infrared and hot-air reflow soldering processes. The 120° ultra-wide viewing angle and built-in reflector enhance light output intensity, making them suitable for indoor electronic signage. The flat top-emitting surface facilitates easy coupling with light guides. This makes them ideal for general backlighting in automotive interiors, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances.
