Introduction
The BU□□TA2WNVX /HFV series are high-performance full-CMOS regulators with a 200 mA output current, housed in ultra-compact SSON004X1216 (1.2 mm × 1.6 mm × 0.6 mm) and HVSOF5 (1.6 mm × 1.6 mm × 0.6 mm) packages. Despite a circuit current consumption as low as 40 μA, they deliver excellent noise characteristics and load transient response. They are ideal for a wide range of applications such as power supplies for logic ICs, RF, and camera modules. Featuring an integrated heat sink in the ultra-compact SSON004X1216 and HVSOF5 packages, these products facilitate space-saving designs in end equipment.
