The TM52 series F1376/78 is a new fast 8051 architecture 8-bit MCU, fully compatible with the industry-standard 8051 instruction set and retaining 8051 peripheral function modules. Under typical conditions, the TM52 executes instructions six times faster than the traditional 8051 architecture. The TM52-F1376/78 delivers higher performance, lower cost, and faster time-to-market by integrating multiple functions on-chip, including 8K/16K bytes of Flash program memory, 128 bytes of EEPROM data memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, Low Voltage Reset (LVR), Low Voltage Detection (LVD), dual-clock power-saving operating modes, standard 8051 UART and Timer0/Timer1/Timer2, real-time Timer3, LCD/LED drivers, three sets of 16-bit PWM, a 24-channel 12-bit ADC, I²C serial interface, and WDT. Its high reliability and low power consumption characteristics make it widely applicable to consumer electronics and home appliance products.
