Introduction
RT9041A/B is a low-voltage, low-dropout linear regulator with an external bias supply input. The bias supply drives the gate of an internal N-channel pass transistor, making it well-suited for applications requiring low-voltage output from a low-voltage input. The RT9041A and RT9041B offer fixed output voltage versions from 1V to 2V in 0.1V increments. In addition, the RT9041B provides greater flexibility through adjustable output voltage using external resistors. The RT9041A/B integrates current limiting and thermal shutdown protection to safeguard the regulator under fault conditions. The RT9041A/B is available in a SOT-23-6 package.
