The TS5A3359 is a bidirectional, single-channel, single-pole triple-throw (SP3T) analog switch operating from 1.65V to 5.5V. The TS5A3359 provides signal switching solutions while maintaining excellent signal integrity, making it suitable for a wide range of applications across various markets, including consumer electronics, test and measurement equipment, and portable instrumentation. The device features low on-resistance, excellent on-state resistance matching, and minimal total harmonic distortion (THD) performance to preserve signal integrity. The TS5A3359 also offers specified break-before-make characteristics to prevent signal distortion during cross-channel transitions. The device offers ultralow power consumption and provides isolation when VCC = 0.
