Introduction
Quadrac is an internally triggered Triac designed for AC switching and phase control applications. It integrates a Triac and DIAC in a single package, saving users costs by eliminating the need for separate Triac and DIAC components. The Q6012LTH1LED series is designed to meet the typically low load current characteristics in LED lighting applications. By maintaining the holding current at a maximum of 8mA, this series is optimized for LED loads. The series features the industry-standard TO-220AB package with an isolated mounting tab, facilitating the addition of an external heatsink.
