Introduction
The ADXRS453 is an angular rate sensor (gyroscope) designed for stable operation in industrial, instrumentation, and high-vibration environments. Featuring an advanced differential quad-sensor design that suppresses the effects of linear acceleration, it delivers high-accuracy rate sensing in harsh shock and vibration conditions. Capable of detecting angular rates up to ±300°/s. Angular rate data is provided as a 16-bit word, part of a 32-bit SPI message. Available in two packages: 16-lead cavity plastic SOIC (SOIC_CAV) and SMT-compatible vertical mount (LCC_V), operating over a wide supply voltage range of 3.3V to 5V.
