CHIPSEA CS1238-SOP14

CS1238 is a high-precision, low-power Sigma-Delta ADC chip featuring one Sigma-Delta ADC, two differential input channels, and one temperature sensor. The ADC employs a 2nd-order Sigma-Delta modulator with a low-noise instrumentation amplifier architecture for PGA amplification, with selectable gains of 1, 2, 64, and 128. At PGA=128, the effective resolution reaches 20.7 bits (operating at 5V). CS1238 integrates an on-chip RC oscillator, eliminating the need for an external crystal. CS1238 supports multiple functional mode configurations via DRDY/DOUT and SCLK, including temperature sensing, PGA selection, and ADC output data rate selection. CS1238 features a Power Down mode.
