Introduction
FAN73893 is an N-type high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side three-phase gate driver IC, incorporating three independent half-bridge drive circuits. It integrates undervoltage lockout and overcurrent protection functions, immediately shutting down all six-channel outputs upon fault detection. An external enable control is provided to simultaneously disable all six-channel outputs. Overcurrent fault conditions are automatically cleared after an externally programmable delay set by an RC network connected to the RCIN input. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, with a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. FAN73893 is available in a SOP-28-300mil package and operates over a temperature range of -40 to 125.
