SA604A is an improved monolithic low-power FM IF system integrating two limiting IF amplifiers, a quadrature detector, a mute circuit, a logarithmic RSSI, and a voltage regulator. The SA604A features higher IF bandwidth (25 MHz), along with temperature-compensated RSSI and limiters, delivering wide RSSI dynamic range, high IF/limiting gain, and overall stability. The SA604A is available in SO16 (small outline surface mount) and HXQFN16 packages. The SA604A is a high-gain, high-frequency device designed as an IF signal processing system for IF frequencies up to 21.4 MHz. It incorporates two limiting amplifiers, a quadrature detector, a direct audio output, a muted audio output, and a signal strength indicator with logarithmic output characteristics.
