Introduction
The DB(UL) series are UL-recognized relays that achieve very high isolation voltages (up to 10kV) through the use of high-vacuum reed switches with rhodium or tungsten contacts, making these relays suitable for high-reliability applications such as cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, and high-voltage power supplies. Isolation voltages of 5kV, 7.5kV, and 10kV are available. Rhodium contact relays feature low contact resistance, while tungsten contact relays can switch higher voltages up to 7000V DC/AC peak. Versions are available for PCB or panel mounting via nylon studs. High-voltage connection options include PCB, solder pins (wire-wrap), flying leads, and 0.25-inch spade terminals.
