Introduction
The 74CBTLV3244-Q100 is a dual 4-bit, single-pole/single-throw bus switch. The device features two output enable inputs (nOE), each controlling four switch channels. When the associated nOE input is high, the switches are disabled. Schmitt-trigger action on the control inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down. This product complies with Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.
