The S-1323 series is a positive voltage regulator developed using CMOS technology, featuring low dropout voltage, high-accuracy output voltage, and low current consumption. The built-in low on-resistance transistor provides low dropout voltage and large output current, while the built-in overcurrent protection circuit prevents load current from exceeding the output transistor's capability. The built-in ON/OFF circuit helps extend battery life. Compared to regulators using conventional CMOS technology, this series is compatible with a wider variety of capacitors, including small ceramic capacitors. The compact SNT-4A and SC-82AB packages facilitate high-density mounting.
