MICROCHIP MIC22705YML-TR

The MIC22705 is a high-efficiency, synchronous buck (step-down) regulator with an integrated 7A switch. Optimized for maximum efficiency, it achieves greater than 95% efficiency across a wide range at 1 MHz. The ultra-fast control loop maintains stable output voltage even under the extreme transient load variations common in FPGAs and low-voltage ASICs. The output voltage features pre-bias protection and is adjustable down to 0.7V to meet all low-voltage power supply requirements.

The MIC22705 provides comprehensive sequencing and tracking options. The enable/delay (EN/DLY) pin combined with the power good (PG) pin allows multiple outputs to be sequenced in any order during power-up and power-down. The ramp control (RC) pin allows interfacing with other MIC22xxx and/or MIC68xxx series products to keep output voltages within a defined voltage range during startup.

The MIC22705 is available in a 24-pin 4 mm x 4 mm QFN package with a junction temperature operating range of -40°C to +125°C.
