Honeywell SE and XE miniature sealed basic switches are designed for precise and reliable position indication in critical applications, suitable for commercial and industrial applications requiring a degree of environmental sealing. The environmentally sealed SE series is intended for harsh applications where water and/or particulate contaminants are present and where wide temperature ranges may occur; it integrates Honeywell's proven MICRO SWITCH™ SM series electromechanical switches within the SE housing. The environmentally sealed miniature XE series is similar to the SE series but features a smaller package size, incorporating Honeywell's MICRO SWITCH™ SX subminiature electromechanical switches. In addition, select Honeywell XE switches are compliant with MIL-PRF-8805, meeting requirements for switches that must conform to military standards. For non-military or military-related applications, CSA and UL certified products are available.

• Compact overall package size minimizes equipment footprint; SE and XE series switches feature small environmentally sealed packages for demanding indoor or outdoor applications with liquid and/or particulate contamination.
• SE/XE switches rated -53 °C to 105 °C [-65 °F to 221 °F] with flexible design; high-temperature options up to 149 °C [300 °F].
• SE/XE products available with silver contacts for power circuit control or gold contacts for logic-level circuit control.
• Auxiliary actuators extend product functionality across additional applications.
• Electrical connection options include solder terminals, pre-leaded with MIL-grade leads, or custom connections to reduce installation time.
