The R1EX24xxx series are two-wire serial interface EEPROMs. They achieve high speed, low power consumption, and high reliability through the use of advanced MONOS memory technology, CMOS process technology, and low-voltage circuit technology. They also feature 16-byte page programming to accelerate write operations.
