The HX3144 unipolar Hall-effect IC is a magnetically sensitive sensor circuit comprising reverse polarity protection, an internal voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. It accepts magnetic flux density as input and delivers a digital voltage signal as output. Designed for single-pole operation, it is suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The HX3144 operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃, with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V and a maximum load current capability of 50mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
