Opis
AZ1065-06F is an ESD protection diode array designed specifically to protect high-speed data interfaces. It is designed to prevent overvoltage damage caused by ESD to sensitive components connected to data and transmission lines. The distinguishing feature of the AZ1065-06F is that it integrates ultra-low capacitance steering diodes and a clamping cell equivalent to a TVS diode, all within a single package. Under transient conditions, the steering diodes direct transients to the power or ground lines. The internally unique clamping cell design prevents overvoltage on the power line, thereby protecting any downstream components. In addition, the AZ1065-06F incorporates a reverse drive protection design for power-off mode operation.
