Introduction
QN24C02 is a 2048-bit serial EEPROM. The device is an I²C-compatible serial EEPROM designed to operate over a voltage range of 1.7V ~ 5.5V, with a maximum transfer rate of 1MHz and an operating temperature range of -40℃ ~ +105℃. The device integrates a write-protect pin for hardware write protection of the entire memory array. It also supports software write protection, allowing users to write-protect the entire memory array. The memory array is organized as 16 pages of 16 bytes each, totaling 256×8 bits. The device provides an additional 16-byte identification page for storing sensitive application parameters. Once data is written to the identification page, it can be permanently locked in read-only mode. The device also features a separate memory block containing a factory-programmed 128-bit identifier, accessible via a dedicated read command. QN24C02 is available in lead-free, RoHS-compliant packages: DIP-8, SOP-8, MSOP-8, DFN-8, and SOT23-5.
