DDF DS1307-SOP-8

The GC1307 serial real-time clock is a low-power, BCD-coded clock/calendar IC with 56 bytes of non-volatile SRAM, featuring serial address and data transfer via I²C interface. The clock/calendar provides seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, and year information, with automatic end-of-month date adjustment including leap year correction, and supports both 24-hour and 12-hour formats with AM/PM indication. An on-chip power-sense circuit automatically switches to a backup power supply upon main power failure to maintain continuous timekeeping. The GC1307 is available in SOP8 and DIP8 packages.
