Introduction
The TP201x series push-pull output comparators deliver industry-leading ultra-low power consumption and fast response, with a maximum quiescent current of 250nA per channel, a propagation delay of 13μs, and an operating voltage range of 1.6V to 6V. The input common-mode range extends beyond the supply rails, making these devices ideal for power-sensitive, low-voltage applications. The push-pull output supports rail-to-rail output swing, enabling compatibility with TTL/CMOS logic interfaces and the ability to drive heavy DC or capacitive loads. Internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching caused by internal input noise voltage, thereby reducing current consumption. The output stage limits supply current surges and dynamic power dissipation during switching. Beyond-the-rail input and rail-to-rail output characteristics allow the full supply voltage to be utilized as the signal range.
