Descrição
This device employs high-frequency chopper technology, demonstrating excellent magnetic field uniformity and symmetry across the full operating voltage and temperature range. The power supply and output pins integrate overvoltage protection, offering strong EMI immunity and high reliability. Internally integrated circuits include a voltage regulator, Hall array, amplification circuit, Schmitt trigger, and output stage. The Hall signal processing path utilizes high-frequency chopper technology, which effectively reduces the offset voltage of the Hall sensing array and processing circuits, minimizes the effects of stress and temperature on offset voltage, and keeps system latency and output jitter to a minimum. The built-in voltage regulation circuit supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V, meeting the requirements of industrial and automotive electronics applications. The device is available in compact TO-92S(UA) DIP and SOT23-3L(SO) packages, using a 100% halogen-free green leadframe in compliance with environmental requirements.
