YSGM202208 is a highly integrated, standard package VCO utilizing high cutoff frequency RF transistors as the oscillating device, featuring high output power and excellent isolation. The device employs a high-stability oscillator circuit topology, high-precision varactor diodes, and a high-output-power RF transistor to ensure stable oscillation startup and high output power. The system operates from a standard 5V supply with a tuning voltage of up to 9V, enabling wideband output. The device also integrates a rectifier filter unit and an RF output matching unit, requiring minimal external components with good output power flatness. The RF output port can be directly connected to a 50Ω RF line for ease of use.
