The TPP36208x series is a simple-to-use, 2-A output, synchronous buck switch-mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. This series integrates low R_DS(ON) power transistors in a TSOT23-6 package, featuring internal soft-start, compensation, and protection functions. The TPP36208x provides a compact solution capable of delivering 2-A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range, with excellent load and line regulation. The series is available in switching frequency variants of 500 kHz, 1 MHz, and 2.2 MHz, with support for light-load PSM to reduce quiescent current and forced PWM mode to maintain a fixed switching frequency. The device comes in a 6-pin TSOT23-6 package and supports a wide operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
