Introduction
QM35825 is a fully integrated ultra-wideband solution compliant with the IEEE 802.15.4-2024 standard. Designed for optimal receive sensitivity and low power consumption, it is packaged in a BGA-74 measuring 4.08×3.38×0.63 mm. Optimized for consumer, enterprise, and industrial applications, it supports FiRa, Aliro, and Omlox ranging schemes with ±5 cm ranging accuracy and ±2° angle-of-arrival accuracy. On-chip computing enables ranging, angle-of-arrival measurement, radar, and data transfer functionality. The device integrates 4 flexible RF ports, an LNA, a PA, and an RF switch, along with a Cortex-M33 processor with secure enclave, comprehensive security features, and communication peripherals.
Features
- Compliant with global UWB radio regulatory requirements
