XC0900P-03AS is a low-profile, high-performance 3dB 90° hybrid coupler in a new, easy-to-use, manufacturing-friendly SMT package. Designed for AMPS band applications, it is particularly suited for balanced power amplifiers, LNAs, signal distribution, and other applications requiring low insertion loss with tight amplitude and phase balance. It supports high-power applications up to 60W. The product has undergone rigorous qualification testing and is manufactured using materials with CTE compatibility with common substrates including FR-4, G-10, RF-35, and RO4350, and is RoHS 6/6 lead-free compliant.
