Introduction
The TPRT9080 series is a family of low-dropout linear regulators featuring a wide input voltage range (1.2V to 5.5V), low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and miniaturized packaging. With a quiescent current of only 2μA, these devices are ideal for powering battery-operated, always-on systems that require extremely low idle-state power consumption to extend operating life. Shutdown mode can be activated by selecting a variant with an EN pin and pulling it low, reducing the shutdown current to a typical value as low as 10nA. This LDO series maintains stability with ceramic output capacitors across the full input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and the entire output load current range (0mA to 600mA).
