Introduction
BGSA406MN10 is a versatile grounded shunt 4x single-pole single-throw (4xSPST) RF antenna tuning switch. It is optimized for low off-state capacitance (COFF) and low on-resistance (RON), supporting applications up to 7.125 GHz. The BGSA406MN10 is well suited for antenna tuning applications. The die integrates on-chip CMOS logic and power regulation. Its digital control interface complies with the MIPI 2.1 RFFE specification; each switch branch can be programmed individually or together within the same RFFE command frame. Thanks to the unique 4-state USID_SEL pin feature, up to 4 identical devices can be controlled over a single RFFE bus.
