Littelfuse SMA6L16A

The SMA6L series is designed specifcally to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The SMA6L low profle package has the same power performance as the SMB package but with lowest height profles (1.1 mm) in the industry.

• Same power as standard SMB devices (600 W)

• Typical failure mode is a short circuit condition for current events exceeding component rating
