Introduction
LY6394ET is a fully integrated power management IC designed for Bluetooth charging cases, integrating lithium battery charge management, a synchronous boost converter, battery fuel gauge, and protection function modules. The integrated adapter adaptive function prevents no-charging or adapter damage scenarios. It supports Hall sensor direct-drive control of the EN pin, enabling automatic reconnection of earphones when the case is opened, LED illumination for 4 seconds upon opening, and automatic boost activation upon closing — eliminating the need for external output loop control circuits such as MOSFETs and transistors. The EN pin can also be controlled by an MCU to manage OUT output for one-way communication. The integrated NTC temperature protection function requires only a single NTC resistor by default to monitor lithium battery temperature during both charging and discharging states.
