Introduction
LY6395 is a fully integrated power management IC designed for Bluetooth charging cases, incorporating lithium battery charge management, a synchronous boost converter, battery fuel gauge, and protection function modules. The IC integrates an input overvoltage protection circuit with an OVP threshold of 6.1V and a VIN input voltage rating up to 30V. It supports Hall sensor direct-drive control of the EN pin, enabling automatic reconnection of earphones upon case opening, LED illumination for 8 seconds upon case opening, and automatic boost activation upon case closing. The EN pin can also be used to control the OUT output for one-way communication. Charge current is configurable via an external resistor on the ISET pin, ranging from 180mA to 450mA, with a maximum discharge current of 600mA. It supports direct MCU readout of charging, fully charged, discharging, and standby status.
