Introduction
A 16-bit successive approximation ADC with single-supply operation. Features an integrated low-power, high-speed 16-bit sampling ADC and versatile serial interface. Samples the voltage difference between IN+ and IN− pins on the rising edge of CNV, with a voltage swing from 0V to VREF. The reference voltage VREF is externally supplied, independent of the supply voltage VDD, with power consumption proportional to the sampling rate. Multiple ADCs can be daisy-chained via the SDI input pin of the SPI interface, with optional busy indication. Compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic through an independent supply VIO. Available in MSOP10 and DFN10 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ ~ 125℃.
