Introduction
The ME6214 series are ultra-low quiescent current, low dropout linear regulators fabricated using CMOS process. The regulator consumes approximately 0.7μA of quiescent current, with a shutdown current of 0.01μA (typical) when disabled. Features include built-in enable control, current limiting circuit, foldback short-circuit protection, and automatic output capacitor discharge via enable control.
