Descripción
The MOPA340NA/MOPA2340UA/MOPA4340UA series represents a new generation of low-noise op-amps, offering excellent DC accuracy and AC performance. Rail-to-rail input and output, low offset (2μV), low noise (6nV/√Hz), 600μA quiescent current, and 6MHz bandwidth make these devices ideal for a wide range of precision and portable applications. In addition, the devices feature a wide supply range (2V to 5.5V) and excellent PSRR, making them suitable for applications powered directly from batteries without regulation. The MOPA340NA (single), MOPA2340UA (dual), and MOPA4340UA (quad) op-amps operate over a temperature range of -25°C to +125°C. The MOPA340NA/MOPA2340UA/MOPA4340UA devices are low-noise, unity-gain stable, rail-to-rail precision op-amps operating from a single supply voltage of 2V to 5.5V (±1V to ±2.75V). A supply voltage exceeding 6V (absolute maximum) may permanently damage the amplifier. Rail-to-rail input and output swing significantly increases dynamic range, especially in low-supply applications. Good layout practice requires a 0.1μF bypass capacitor placed close to the supply pins. The MOPA340NA/MOPA2340UA/MOPA4340UA devices feature internal phase reversal protection. Many op-amps exhibit phase reversal when the input exceeds the linear common-mode range. This most commonly occurs in non-inverting circuits, where an input beyond the specified common-mode voltage range causes the output to invert to the opposite rail. The inputs of the MOPA340NA/MOPA2340UA/MOPA4340UA prevent phase reversal due to excessive common-mode voltage. Instead, the appropriate rail clamps the output voltage.
