HOLTEK BS83A02A-4

This series of MCUs are 8-bit Flash microcontrollers featuring a high-performance RISC architecture with fully integrated touch key functionality. The touch key capability combined with reprogrammable Flash memory provides a simple yet effective solution for a wide range of touch key applications. The touch key function is fully integrated within the MCU, enabling touch key implementations with minimal external components. In addition to Flash program memory, this series includes RAM data memory. The internal watchdog timer and low-voltage protection provide excellent noise immunity and ESD protection, ensuring stable operation in harsh electrical environments. An integrated high/low-speed oscillator eliminates the need for external components in the application. The ability to dynamically switch between high and low system clocks gives users the flexibility to optimize MCU operation and reduce power consumption. Flexible I/O, an 8-bit timer, and other features further enhance the functionality and versatility of this MCU series. These touch key MCUs are well suited for a broad range of touch key products, including instrumentation, home appliances, electronic control tools, and more.
