Beschreibung
MAX3485EE SA+T is a RS-485 transceiver operating from a 3.0V~5.5V wide supply voltage, with bus port ESD protection up to 15kV (HBM), ±15V bus fault protection, half-duplex, low-power operation, and full compliance with TIA/EIA-485 standard requirements. It includes one driver and one receiver, each independently enable/disable controlled. When both are disabled, the driver and receiver outputs enter a high-impedance state. With 1/8 unit load, up to 256 MAX3485EESA+T transceivers can be connected in parallel on the same communication bus. Error-free data transmission at up to 14Mbps is supported. Operating voltage is 3.3V, with fail-safe, current-limiting protection, and overvoltage protection features.
