The S-1711 Series is a 2-channel positive voltage regulator developed based on CMOS technology, featuring low dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, and low current consumption (150mA output current). It supports small 1.0μF ceramic capacitors and integrates dual regulators with ±1.0% output voltage accuracy, available in SOT-23-6 or ultra-compact SNT-6A packages. Types A/B/E/F incorporate a discharge shunt function for high-speed output response when using the ON/OFF pin. Compared to conventional 2-channel CMOS regulators with 150mA output current, the ultra-compact SNT-6A package combined with small ceramic capacitors enables high-density mounting. Furthermore, low current consumption makes it an ideal choice for mobile devices.
